I purchased my alternator about 8mo ago... This thing worked flawlessly.. I also had a small oil leak I wasn't aware of also that damaged my alternator causing it to fail, I contacted customer service. I sent it in....The very day they received it, They made me aware of the issue. Also told me that they will repair it, and get it right back out to me(with tracking information) These people build Gems.. But the customer service is what will keep me as a customer!! These Guys are the Chick-fil-A of Alternator company's lol...
